A public-private regional economic development agency serving the towns of New London County Connecticut. Their mission is to promote and preserve the region's attractiveness, to encourage new businesses, and to assist and to nurture existing and expanding local enterprises.

- Revolving Loan Fund

- Connecticut Procurement Technical Assistance Program (PTAP):

  • Statewide program providing education and counseling services to businesses interested in increasing their competence to compete for contracts or subcontracts with the federal, state or local levels of government
  • Funded by the federal Defense Logistics Agency and the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development.
